Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Status: Part- time. This position offers the opportunity to earn up to $98,000 per year while working part-time (up to 29 hours per week). Our flexible scheduling model allows BCBAs to build their schedule around their availability while maintaining a healthy work–life balance. This role is ideal for clinicians looking to make a meaningful impact working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities without the demands of a traditional full-time caseload

Compensation and Benefits:

Location: Spectrum Day Program, Lakewood, 80227 and community (Denver and Metro area)

Schedule: Hours are flexible depending on candidate's availability. Core hours are 9:00am -3:00pm. It might change if you visit clients in the community.

Reports to: Executive Director

Position Purpose: The BCBA provides evidence-based support to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with skill acquisition in the areas of personal growth, social emotional needs, communication, and adaptive skill development. The BCBA works within the Interdisciplinary team to consult on behavior intervention strategies to ensure a comprehensive approach to individual success.
