The Residential Program serves individuals in whichever setting is best suited to their needs, living independently, with family members, or in a state-qualified Host Home.
Status: This is a part-time position, with the opportunity to become full-time based on performance and business needs.

Schedule:
- Mondays: 10:00-4:30
- Tuesday-Thursday: 9:00-3:30
- Fridays: 9:00-2:30
Reports to: Executive Director
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Supported Employment team, including onboarding new clients, preparing client packets, and assisting with shift coverage and scheduling.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Program Managers, Billing) and external partners (DVR, case managers) to ensure accurate service coordination, compliance, and documentation.
- Manage and maintain internal databases and systems (including SharePoint), ensuring all client information, plans, and protocols are current and accurate.
- Track and manage Division of Vocational Rehab (DVR) service units, authorizations, utilization, and invoicing; maintain communication with DVR counselors and the billing team.
- Assist in the creation, revision, and submission of client service plans (BISSP/ISSP), medical protocols, and Human Rights Committee (HRC) packets.
- Monitor and track job coach contact notes, call-offs, and incident reports to support payroll, compliance, and staff accountability.
- Attend client virtual meetings (Service Plan, IEP) and contribute to assessing support needs related to behavior, medical, and HRC services.
- Support training of new job coaches and conduct check-ins for compatibility and performance.
- Submit monthly client wage documentation and support agency compliance through routine tracking and timely reporting.
- Maintain professional communication across phone, email, text, and in-person interactions, and assist leadership with various projects as needed.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, or minimum 2 years of experience working with the I/DD population and admin experience. Medical Assistants and CNAs are encouraged to apply

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at the computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
