Compensation and Benefits:
- $60,000-$65,000 per year

Reports to: Director of Supported Employment
Position Purpose: The Supported Employment Program Managers provide case management and job coaching services to those on the Supported Living Services (SLS), and Comprehensive (DD) HCBS Medicaid waivers, and those receiving services through The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to obtain and maintain employment in community integrated settings.
Job Functions:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the individuals that we serve, members of their internal and external teams, coworkers, and family members
- Build and maintain community employment partnerships
- Actively implement “Employment First” practices
- Contribute to the professional reputation of the agency; adhere to all agency policies, procedures and DIDD regulations
- Provide weekly job coaching (direct support to clients on the job and those searching for employment)
- Increase program enrollment and participation
- Provide Case Management services for assigned clients including but not limited to:
- Maintain client master files
- Train and supervise community Job Coaches
- Ensure all documentation is completed monthly to stay in compliance with state guidelines, rules, and regulations
- Conduct monthly and quarterly visits with each client on the caseload
- Check billable contact notes and utilization of services daily
- Attends all individuals’ service plan and IDT meetings, 6-month reviews, 30-day reviews, and intake meetings
- Assist in training and implementing client’s care plans collaboratively with other team members
- Develop, train, and implement ISSP goals
- Complete and implement follow-up for all Incident Reports relating to Supported Employment
- Work with in-house nursing team, assuring that medications are appropriately handled, delegations are done if required, discrepancies are reported, and proper documentation is completed for clients on the caseload.
- Maintain client specific information using Spectrum’s online tools.

Qualifications
Education
- Undergraduate degree in Human Services, Special Education, Social Work, or related field is required.
Certifications
- ACRE or CESP certification preferred, Spectrum will provide opportunity to complete certification if needed.
Additional Requirements
- One year of experience in case management or employment specialist is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel in the Denver metro and surrounding areas
- Computer-literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at the computer
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
- Drive to and from meetings and shifts in the community
