With established offices in Denver, Pueblo, and Fort Collins, our Northern Colorado hub covers Larimer, Weld, and Boulder counties, offering vital support to our clients. We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Day Program Providers in Fort Collins.

The Role: As a Day Program Provider, you will play a pivotal role in our clients' lives, operating in a flexible part-time capacity from 9 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday, at our Fort Collins location. This Part Time role offers the opportunity for community engagement, allowing one-on-one support for adults aged 18 and above. You and a team of providers will work closely together to support each other, that will result in the success and happiness of our clients and employees. You'll directly assist our clients in building new skills, ensuring their safety, and fostering a vibrant, engaging environment. You will support our individuals for three hours at our base location and three hours out in the community. (Picnics, store visits, painting, museums, lake days, parks, etc.)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing companionship and protective oversight

  • Guiding clients to meet formal and informal goals

  • Engaging clients in a variety of stimulating activities throughout the day

  • Ensuring client health, safety, and well-being

  • Assisting with toileting and medical assistance

  • Creating a fun and positive environment at the base, but also in community outings.

  • Documenting daily activities, progress, and behaviors

Job Requirements:

  • CNA license is advantageous

  • Experience as a caregiver preferred; enthusiasm to learn is valued

  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts

  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance

  • Successful completion of a criminal background check

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
